mall Plates is a standing dinner reception.  Your guest's will start with one of our stationary reception platter while everyone arrives.  Our servers will pass  hors d oeuvres then transition into serving our "small plates" which are composed mini dinner portions..  What is truly nice about the presentation is that your guest's do not have to remove themselves from a conversation, since the menu items are brought and cleared by Beck's Bistro staff.  We end the evening with our decadent passed bite size desserts.  Beck's Bistro provides all passing platters, cocktail napkins, high quality disposable small plates and flatware.  All you need to do as a host/hostess is provide beverages and glasses, let us do the rest.

Grilled Cheese; Pullman white bread with cheddar cheese with our house made tomato soup dipper on the

   Classic Old Bay Crab Cakes; served over a bed of sautéed baby spinach with a citrus aioli
   Wild Mushroom Ravioli; porcini mushroom ravioli with herbed Alfredo Sauce topped with Ragout of mushrooms

Dinner ends with our servers passing Apple Rangoons with a bourbon caramel dipper and Individual Crème Brulee served on Asian Spoons
