Dinner ends with our servers passing strawberries stuffed with cheesecake filling with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate mousse served on Asian spoons

Small Plates is a standing dinner reception.  Your guests's will start with one of our stationary reception platters white everyone arrives. 

Our servers will pass hors d oeuvres then transition into our "small plates" which are composed mini dinner portions.  What is truly nice about the presentation is that your guest's do not have to remove themselves from a conversation, since the menu items are brought and 

cleared by Beck's Bistro staff.  We end the evening with our decadent passed bite size desserts.  Beck's Bistro provides all passing platters, cocktail napkins, high quality disposable small plates and flatware.  All you need to do as a host/hostess is provide your favorite beverages and glasses, let us do the rest!
