Menu Options and Pricing
We offer an extensive list of menu options. It is impossible to list every item that our accomplished team may create for your event. If you do not see something you wish to serve, please just ask; our culinary team is more than willing to please. We do not have a minimum guest count although we do require you have a minimum $500.00 food sales. Customized menu selections are always available to meet the needs of our clients. All menu prices are subject to 7% Massachusetts sales tax and prices. We apply a 20% Event Fee to all food and labor charges to cover sales managers pre-event planning, display equipment, coordination time, packing, as well as general liability, workman’s compensation and trash removal.
With a few exceptions, events require an event manager and a chef. We will determine the optimum number of staff members required to produce your event. For formal events our servers wear white tuxedo shirts, black pants and long black bistro aprons, our culinary staff wears chef whites. For less formal or private home events, our servers wear white shirts, black pants, and khaki bib aprons.
Current Rates based on a 5 ½ hour period (includes travel)

All Staff are fully insured by Beck’s Bistro Catering
$30.00 per hour per staff member after the 5 ½ hour period
Gratuity is neither included nor expected, our staff is paid an hourly wage. If you would like to add a small gratuity for exceeded expectations, it is appreciated.
You can choose to purchase your own plastic plates, utensils, and paper napkins or we can hand wash or put in dishwasher your fine china, silver, and china (this may prolong your labor cost) or we can rent on your behalf upgraded china, flatware, glassware, linens in a variety of styles and colors.
Beverages are provided by you but we will be happy to give you recommends with the pairing of food and wine and also give you a guideline as to how much to purchase. We do provide a bartender service which includes a TIPS certified bartender, ice scoops, galvanized tubs for chilling wine and beer and ice for all beverages, sliced lemons and limes for garnishes, Liquor Liability Fee is $1.50 per person and Bar Set up and Equipment is $2.00 per person.
Retainer, Guest Count and Final Payment
A non-refundable retainer of ½ the estimated balance is required for all events to confirm and secure your event date, and is applied to your final balance. Your guaranteed guest count is due seven days prior to your event. Your count may increase by 5% until the 72 hours prior to your event date. Your final payment is based on this guaranteed count and is also due seven days prior to your event by credit card, personal check or certified check made out to: Beck’s Bistro Catering

At Beck’s Bistro Catering we understand every party is unique. We will personally meet with you to select or create the perfect menu for your event as well as coordinate any rental needs to make for a great party. We offer delicious seasonal menus including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
What makes us unique from other caterers is our passion for only the freshest ingredients. Whenever possible we will cook the food on premise to ensure the highest quality food.
We provide all display platters, bowls and serving utensils to make for a beautiful artful presentation. Our culinary team is creative and passionate about the food they present: our service staff is personal, friendly and professional. Our Event Managers will help you pull everything together so you can relax and enjoy your event. We provide full-service event planning and we will coordinate any and all of your needs. We will coordinate any and all your needs from china, glassware, linens, guest tables, chairs, beverage arrangements and staffing. Our goal is to have you be a guest at your party!
