Passed hors d oeuvres

Chicken Sate with a spicy peanut sauce
 Shrimp sauteed with chili lime sauce with garlic, garnished with fresh cilantro


Salad

Berry Spinach Salad; baby spinach, strawberries, raspberries, feta cheese, toasted pecans tossed with poppy seed dressing


Entrees

​Mahogany Short Ribs; boneless beef short ribs, slow roasted in red wine and root vegetables served with your choice of potato 
Grilled Peach Chicken; boneless breast brushed with spicy peach glaze and fresh grilled peaches
Maple-Bourbon Salmon; fresh Atlantic salmon lightly grilled & slow roasted, finished with a maple bourbon glaze 
Wild Mushroom Ravioli; Porcini mushroom ravioli with herbed alfredo sauce topped with ragout of mushrooms  (vegetarian option)

The above is served with Artisan Bread and butter on each guest tables

Complete service of your wedding cake, Beck's can accent the wedding cake with pastries, cupcakes, bars and cookies for an additional fee
