Executive Chef, Daniel Pontes-Macedo
As far back as Chef Daniel can remember, food has always played an important role in his life. As a member of a large family, great food was always at the center of all gatherings. Chef Daniel has been cooking since he was able to reach the stove, but it wasn't until he auditioned for Gordon Ramsey's "MasterChef" that he really began to consider cooking as a career. After finishing 8th on season 8 of the show he decided it was time to dive in and pursue a culinary future. After operating his own private chef and catering company "The Lion Chef" for two years, he has decided to bring his passion and talent to Beck's Bistro Catering.
Owner, Judy Beck
With a distinguished background in food and beverage services, Judy brings more than twenty years of culinary and event management experience. She worked for a boutique caterer as the Sales/Operational Director for 9 years before she decided to “hang her own slate”. Judy is a graduate of Johnson and Wales, with a degree in Culinary Arts Food Service Management. Although she loves every aspect of the hospitality, planning, coordinating and events she was missing the kitchen. She now works closely /side by side with Executive Chef Meghan Farley .
All of our servers are friendly, neat, professional and knowledgeable staff to execute a flawless event. All our bartenders are TIPS certified. The majority of our staff have been with Judy for many years.
